How soon can the campaign start?

Once the initiation fee for your services package is paid, the campaign will start the following Monday. Onboardings are held every Wednesday at 10 AM, 12 PM, and 2 PM. Training takes place on Thursday and Friday.

How much does it cost?

Both the Part-Time Package ($560/month) and the Full-Time Package ($1,120/month) require at least half of the payment to start the campaign.

How do I pay the upfront fee?

We accept payment via credit card, Affirm, Afterpay, or debit card through Stripe.

What do we expect from VAs?

Our Virtual Assistants will perform their assigned tasks, and we utilize the Hubstaff app to track their activities.

What are the steps to hire a VA?

The process is easy:

Yes, you can.

Can I get a refund?

You can receive a refund only for the portion of the service that hasn't been provided. For instance, if you cancel during the second week of a two-week service, we'll refund you for the second week. However, if you've already used both weeks, we won't issue a refund.
